Rains early. Laura & Henry do not get started for Camp meeting until 9 o'clock  I stay alone all day. Write to Miss Gifford  Have several hard showers

Rainy  Up early. Nell & I take train to Kaukauna. Frank Grant comes for us  Uncles folks well. Everything new. Have but 38 acres cleared yet. Put up barn this summer. Now working on shed to house. Nell & I knit Have good visit. Ellen Lambie comes over. Birt May Nell & I go price home with Mr in evening. Beautiful evening

Up early  Get ready for breakfast  We all go to S.S. at the school house. The boys & May Nell & I go home with Ellen stay until 8 o'clock in evening. They take us to depot  rains. Think E has a good man  Am sick headache. Warren meets us at depot in Appleton. Get here at 10 oclock
